Antep Rüyası ("Antep's Dream") is a premium Turkish delight from Tuğba Kuruyemiş, built around Antep pistachios from Gaziantep, the region in southeastern Türkiye famous for the world's most prized pistachios. Each piece is a soft lokum centre wrapped in shredded kadayıf pastry and a hazelnut-cocoa praline, then generously coated in finely crushed green pistachio. The result is a chewy, nutty, lightly sweet bite with real crunch in every layer. This is the pistachio-crusted variety shown on the pack — the deep green colour comes from the pistachios themselves, not dye. It carries a Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute in Brussels (2021), where a jury of chefs and sommeliers scored it through blind tasting on taste, texture and aftertaste. Made in Aydın, Türkiye, in line with the Turkish Food Codex Turkish Delight standard. Net weight 300g, which works out to roughly 12-15 generous pieces depending on size — enough to share with coffee or tea, set out on a guest tray, or hand over as a gift. Turkish delight pairs naturally with a strong cup of Turkish coffee or black tea.
