Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Purpose
This Agreement outlines the rights
and responsibilities related to the online purchase and delivery of products
from www.bturkish.com,
in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. By placing an order,
the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted all product details, prices, and
terms of sale.
Article 3 – Agreement Date
The Agreement is valid from the
moment an order is placed on the website.
Article 4 – Fulfillment & Delivery
Fulfillment time: 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping time: 4–6 business days depending on the destination.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the
Buyer.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping company or customs, or for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer.
- Shipment tracking details will be shared once
dispatched.
Article 5 – Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (according to the shipping company’s invoice) are covered by the Buyer and are included in the total price at checkout. These costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with the Seller in advance.
Article 6 – Product Availability
If an item is out of stock or cannot
be delivered, the Seller may:
Replace it with a similar item of equal value , or Offer a refund or store credit for the unavailable item.
Article 7 – Product Information
All product details (type, quantity,
model, price including taxes) are shown on the product page of www.bturkish.com.
Article 8 – Cancellation & Order Changes
Orders are processed immediately
after confirmation.
Cancellation is not possible after the order is placed.
However, minor changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing the order via WhatsApp: +90 552 750 7777.
Article 9 – Return & Refund Policy
Due to international commerce laws, food
items and perishable goods (e.g., baklava, chocolates, fresh products) and clothing
products are not eligible for return or refund unless the Seller
explicitly agrees in advance. Contact us to request approval before returning
such items.
For approved returns of eligible items:
Must be requested within 12 hours of delivery.
Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in sellable
condition.
Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued minus the following:
Outbound shipping fee (based on courier invoice)
40% of order total price as a handling/restocking fee
Any customs or shipping return charges
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14
business days after inspection.
Article 10 – Customs
Custom's clearence process , Customs duties, taxes, and clearance
fees (if any) are the Buyer's responsibility.
The Seller is not liable for delays, rejections, or damages caused by customs or shipping company.
Article 11 – Payment Defaults
If the Buyer fails to pay or
disputes a credit card charge, they are responsible for all related legal and
financial consequences, including compensation for the Seller’s losses.
Article 12 – Dispute Resolution
For disputes:
Claims under the limit set by the Ministry will be
handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees.
Higher claims will be resolved by Consumer Courts or
Civil Courts of First Instance as applicable.
