Single-origin Antep pistachios from Gaziantep, southeastern Turkey — roasted in-shell with a fine dust of salt and packed in a resealable bag. Gaziantep is the only Turkish province holding geographical indication status for Pistacia vera, where the volcanic plateau soil and long, dry summers concentrate the chlorophyll and produce a smaller, deeper-green, more aromatic kernel than larger Iranian or Californian varieties.
The roast is deliberately light. The kernels are dry-roasted in their natural shell — never oil-roasted, never coated, never crushed — at a controlled temperature that toasts the shell and develops the kernel aroma without darkening the deep-green center. The salt is a fine dust, not a coating, so the natural sweetness of the Antep cultivar carries through. A pantry staple for Turkish coffee gatherings, mezze platters, baklava and kunefe finishing, or a clean snack on its own.
The resealable foil-laminated bag keeps the kernels fresh between sittings — generous for a household pantry, gatherings, or anyone who finishes smaller bags too quickly. Store sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight; reseal after each use to preserve the deep-green color and firm bite.
