Each piece in the Lavi assortment has a smooth chocolate shell — either milk chocolate (minimum 34% cocoa solids) or dark chocolate (minimum 56% cocoa solids) — surrounding a creamy filling that makes up 43% of each piece. The filling blends vegetable fat, whole milk powder, and real nut pastes: hazelnut (13%), pistachio (5%), and a touch of raspberry (0.2%). The result is a range of distinct flavours — hazelnut, pistachio, raspberry, and plain milk or dark — sitting side by side in every box.
