Arifoğlu Organic Royal Jelly Honey Pollen Propolis; It is a nutritious bee product in paste form.

Ingredients: Organic honey (85%), organic pollen (10%), organic propolis (3%), organic royal jelly (2%) is a source of folic acid and tocopherol (vitamin E). It is high in iodine and low in sodium.

Usage: you can use  2 teaspoons for adults and 1 teaspoon for children.

You can preferably use it half an hour before breakfast in the morning in order to get the maximum benefit from the nutrients.

It is good to use it regularly for 4-6 weeks to see its effects.

It is good for children under 5 years of age with the advice of a doctor.
Cannot use it children under 12 months.
