Zeyn Dibek Coffee is a traditional Turkish dibek coffee, made the old way: roasted Arabica beans pounded in a stone mortar (the dibek) rather than machine-ground. That slow, stone-pounded method gives the grind its signature fuller body and the soft, almost velvety cup that sets dibek apart from everyday Turkish coffee.
This blend pairs medium-roasted, finely ground Arabica with cardamom and cocoa, rounded out with a coffee creamer for a smooth, lightly sweet finish. The cardamom adds a warm, aromatic lift; the cocoa deepens the body without making it a chocolate coffee. The result is balanced and inviting rather than sharp or bitter.
How to brew it Turkish-style: Add one heaped teaspoon of Zeyn Dibek Coffee per cup to a cezve (small long-handled pot). Pour in one cup of cold water per serving, add sugar to taste, and stir. Place on low heat and stir gently as it warms. When a layer of foam rises, spoon some into each cup, return the pot to the heat until it rises again, then pour. Let it settle a moment before sipping so the grounds stay at the bottom.
Serve it the traditional way in small cups, often with a glass of water and something sweet alongside. It suits slow mornings, after-dinner moments, and time with guests. Packaged at 200 g of ground coffee, ready for the cezve.
