Yenigün No Added Sugar Lemon Peel Jam is a traditional Turkish limon kabuğu reçeli made the old-fashioned way: real lemon peel slow-cooked until tender, with no sugar added. Its sweetness comes only from fruit and fruit juice concentrate, so each spoonful tastes bright, tangy and honest rather than syrupy.
This jar leads with what most lemon spreads leave out: the peel. Lemon rind (65% of the recipe) carries the deep, aromatic citrus oils that give true Mediterranean character, balanced by apple juice concentrate and a splash of lemon juice. The result is a soft, spoonable preserve with fine strands of zest and a clean finish, pale gold in the jar.
