Ülker Altınbaşak Tahıl Cipsi is a thin, oven-baked grain chip from Ülker, the Istanbul food maker founded in 1944. This green-bag version — "Yoğurt Aromalı & Mevsim Yeşillikli" — is the yogurt and seasonal-herb flavor of the line: a light, crisp wheat chip dusted with a tangy, garlicky seasoning, sold in a 50g single-serve pack with a yellow "Yeni" (new) badge.
The base is wheat and potato flour reinforced with 5.6% whole wheat flour, wheat bran, 1% oat flakes and barley malt extract — which is why the pack itself carries a "yüksek lif kaynağı" (high fiber source) callout. The chips are baked, not fried; "fırınlanmış" is printed on the front of the bag. The 6% seasoning blend is where the character comes from: yogurt-style whey powder, garlic and onion powder, sourdough, dill and parsley. The result lands closer to a sour-cream-and-herb cracker than a potato chip — creamy-tart up front, with a clear green-herb finish.
How Turks eat it: the pack art shows the chips stacked next to a yogurt dip, and that is the natural pairing — haydari, labneh or any thick yogurt dip — though the seasoning is bold enough to carry the bag on its own with tea. At 50g it fits a lunchbox, a desk drawer or a travel bag without committing you to a family-size pack.
