Incir doneri is a Turkish treat made from soft dried figs that are opened, spread with green Antep pistachios, then rolled and cut into round pinwheel slices. This 400g pack from Tuğba Kuruyemiş layers whole dried fig with iç Antep fıstığı (Antep pistachio kernels, the prized variety grown around Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey) so every slice shows a spiral of amber fig wrapped around a centre of bright green pistachio.
