A spoonful of vivid green Antep pistachio, milled until smooth and then folded with chopped pistachio pieces so every scoop has both a silky base and a real crunch. This is the crunchy (parçacıklı) style of pistachio paste from Tuğba Kuruyemiş, made with just two ingredients: Antep pistachios (75%) and a touch of sugar. No palm oil, no flavourings, no colourings — the deep green colour and rich, roasted-nut flavour come from the pistachios themselves.
Antep pistachios are grown in the Gaziantep region of southeastern Türkiye, long regarded as the home of Turkey's finest pistachios and the birthplace of baklava. In June 2025 "Antep pistachio paste" was registered by the European Union as a protected Geographical Indication, recognising its origin and traditional character. That heritage is what you taste here: concentrated, naturally sweet, unmistakably pistachio.
Ways to use it:
- Spread it — on warm toast, sourdough, croissants, pancakes or simply eaten by the spoonful.
- Bake with it — swirl into cookies, brownies, cakes, croissant fillings and pastry creams.
