One kilogram of fitil lokum — Turkish delight rolled into finger-length pieces instead of cut into cubes — packed in tidy rows inside a matte-black metal gift tin with a gold emblem on the lid. Rolling is what sets fitil apart from ordinary lokum: each piece carries a filling through its core and a coating on the outside, so the six varieties in this tin all eat differently.
