The beans are Brazilian Rio Minas Arabica, sun-dried, medium roasted, then stone-ground to the ultra-fine powder Turkish coffee demands — fine enough to suspend in the cup and build proper foam in a cezve. Selamlique roasts and packs everything at its own İzmir facility under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems, with no additives beyond the mastic itself. Caffeine sits at a moderate 1.2%.

Brewing is the standard Turkish method: one heaped teaspoon (about 5–6 g) per demitasse cup of cold water in a cezve, sugar added before heating if you take it sweet, brought up slowly until the foam rises — never boiled hard.
