Pistachio Butter - 100% Antep Pistachios, No Additives, 180g

Pistachio Butter made from 100% Antep pistachios (Antep fıstığı) and nothing else. This is a single-ingredient nut butter: just pistachios, ground until the natural oils release into a smooth, spreadable paste. No added sugar, no palm oil, no preservatives. The pistachios come from Gaziantep in southeastern Türkiye, the region whose name became the Turkish word for pistachio. Grown in the area's hot, dry summers and sandy-loamy soil, Antep pistachios are prized for their deep green colour and intense, slightly sweet, buttery flavour. They are the same pistachios used in traditional baklava and Turkish delight, and pistachio paste from this region (Antep Fıstık Ezmesi) is a registered geographical indication in the EU. In the jar you get that flavour in concentrated, scoopable form: rich, nutty, and naturally creamy, with the colour of the pistachios themselves. Because it is 100% pistachio, the butter is naturally a source of protein and fibre, with no sweeteners masking the nut. How to use it: spread it on warm toast, sourdough, or pancakes; swirl it through yoghurt, porridge, or ice cream; or stir a spoonful into coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie. For baking, fold it into cake batter, brownies, cookies, or buttercream, or use it as a filling for croissants and pastries. On the savoury side it works whisked into a vinaigrette, blended into a dip with yoghurt and garlic, or stirred into a sauce for chicken, pasta, or roasted vegetables. Store in a cool, dry place. Natural oil separation is normal for a pure nut butter, so stir before each use. Net weight 180g.
