Kervansaray's 7 Mix is a Turkish coffee blend rooted in the food culture of southeastern Anatolia — where menengiç (terebinth) berries have been roasted and ground as a coffee-like drink for generations, and cardamom has long been the spice that transforms a cup from ordinary to aromatic. This pouch brings both together with 30% Turkish coffee as the backbone, 5% menengiç for its characteristic nutty-earthy depth, and 0.2% cardamom for a clean, slightly citrusy warmth that lifts the whole blend.

Menengiç — the roasted fruit of the Pistacia terebinthus tree — grows wild across the mountain zones of southeastern Turkey. It brews caffeine-free on its own, but here it works alongside finely ground Turkish coffee to give the blend an unusual complexity: the familiar intensity of cezve-style coffee rounded by a flavor that reads somewhere between roasted nuts and dark chocolate, with carob and cocoa reinforcing the depth. The gold resealable doypack with zip "Aroma Kilidi" seal keeps the blend fresh between uses.

This is an instant-style preparation — no cezve required. Add one rounded teaspoon to a cup of hot water, stir, and the blend dissolves to a smooth, frothy drink.
