How to brew: Place one teaspoon of loose leaf tea in your cup or pot. Pour in about 200 ml of water heated to roughly 80°C — just below boiling, so the green tea stays smooth and not bitter. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Brew it shorter for a lighter, more delicate cup, or longer for a fuller, more aromatic one.
