There are no tea leaves in the bag, so it is naturally caffeine-free.
The recipe goes further than most ginger-lemon teas. Per the label: ginger root (25%), lemongrass, okra flower — a quietly Anatolian touch you will rarely find in Western blends — turmeric, real lemon peel (3%), chicory root, stevia leaf and natural lemon flavour. The cup comes out peppery and warming from the ginger, bright from the lemon peel, with a gentle sweetness from the stevia leaf — no added sugar anywhere in the box.

How to brew it
- Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) over one bag and steep for 5 minutes — the brand's own recommendation for its herbal teas.
- For an iced version, steep in half a cup of hot water for 2–3 minutes, then top up with cold water and a slice of fresh lemon.
