White chocolate in powder form, sized for a café shelf. Aspresso packs this into a 1 kg tin — the same quantity a barista opens at the start of a service week. One tin makes roughly 50 cups at a standard 20 g per serving, which puts the cost per drink well under a dollar before milk.
The powder is produced by AS Kuru Kahvecisi, a coffee company based in Akhisar, Manisa, with roots going back to 1923. The family has been in the coffee trade for four generations — roasting, grinding, and producing café beverages from an 1,800-square-metre factory that now processes around 30 tonnes of coffee per month. The Aspresso range is their branded beverage line, positioned at cafés and foodservice operators. The tin carries the label Beyaz Çikolata — Gourmet Selection.
White hot chocolate powder dissolves in hot steamed milk. The standard approach at a café counter: add 20 g to a pre-heated cup, pour in steamed milk at around 65–70 °C, and stir. The result is a pale ivory drink with a creamy, mellow sweetness — no cocoa bitterness, no coffee edge. It also works as a white mocha base when a shot of espresso is added before the milk.
The 1 kg format reduces the per-serving cost compared to 250 g or 400 g retail sizes. It stores easily — sealed tin, cool and dry conditions, away from direct light. This is also a practical size for home use if you make hot chocolate regularly through autumn and winter.
